Council Order Training

Accredited Training & Behaviour Support in South Australia

If your dog has been issued with a council order — such as a Barking Dog Order, Nuisance Dog Order, Menacing Dog Order, or Dangerous Dog Order — you are legally required to engage with a qualified professional to address the behaviour concerns.

I am an Accredited Trainer with the Dog and Cat Management Board of South Australia, offering a specialised program that meets council requirements and supports positive change for your dog.

✅Accredited. Experienced. Compassionate.

With years of experience supporting dogs and their families through behavioural challenges, I use evidence-based, force-free methods to help improve safety, wellbeing, and quality of life — for both you and your dog.

The Council Order Training Program Includes:

🐾 Four 1-Hour Consults
Your program is designed to meet council requirements while giving you the tools to support your dog’s progress:

2️⃣–4️⃣ Three In-Person Sessions (at your home or nearby)
Each one-hour session focuses on:

  • Troubleshooting challenges

  • Building skills with real-world practice

📝 Behaviour Assessment & Training Plan
A personalised written plan outlining your dog’s behavioural profile, management strategies, and step-by-step training recommendations.

A formal report prepared for your local council, documenting progress, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance with training requirements.

🎽 “Give Me Space” Dog Bandana
A simple way to promote safer interactions while your dog is in training.

📎 Ongoing Council Communication

If needed, I can liaise directly with your local council to confirm that a behaviour management plan is in place, training has commenced, and progress is being made. Reports are professionally written and aligned with what councils typically request.
